CEO
Wilfried KARL, 1970, Business University of Vienna, Master of IBA “international business administration”.
After working 12 years in the automotive Industry, as Marketing and Sales manager he founded elmove in 2009. 1996 -2000 Ford Communications, 2000 -2003 Renault Marketing-Controlling, 2004-2008 Fiat Sales & Marketing. As Marketing Manager for Switzerland and Austria he was responsible for the introduction of new models to this markets, resulting in choosing the right models and configurations, to define the product & price positioning, communication strategy and worked together with his team to train the dealer network in the market. The launch of the Fiat 500 completed his work for Fiat.
COO
Bernd Kuhlin is born 1959 in Germany and holds a university diploma degree in electrical engineering.
He has gained 25 years of senior management experience, starting in the ICT industry with Siemens. He headed Siemens Enterprise Networks, Munich/Santa Clara for 5 years before he became division head for security systems at Ascom AG in Switzerland followed by becoming Head of European sales at Geberit International AG. In both assignments he was member of the executive board of these publicly quoted companies. He has coached his first startup company Comdasys AG, Munich from 2004 till 2009 and acted as a member of their BoD from the start while the company grew to profitable revenues of 2 Mio. €. He is currently Managing Partner of Fidelio-Group AG, which is focused on providing management and financial services for startup companies.
CFO
Oliver Scharf was born in 1961 in Germany and holds a Business Administration Degree of the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich.
He is a business growth and transformation leader, with more than 20 years of experience in leading technology and manufacturing companies. Oliver started his career at FormTec GmbH, a privatly owned plant and material handling company as CFO and managing director before he became head of controlling of Dürr Environmental, a subsidiary of the publicly quoted company Dürr AG. Then he became CFO and member of the Board of Biotronik’s Business Unit Vascular Intervention in Switzerland. From 1979 to 1982 Oliver supported his first startup GFA GmbH in Aalen, Germany, in various positions. Currently, Oliver is Associate of Fidelio Group AG, that focuses on providing management and financial services for startup companies. He is serving elmove as parttime CFO since 2011.
